This innovative solution enables customers to track and monitor their temperature-controlled shipments in real time, from anywhere in the world.
With iReefer, customers gain instant access to vital shipment data, including position, temperature, humidity, and more. The system is accessible through myMSC, the company’s e-business platform, or via an API (Application Programming Interface) for seamless integration.
Flexible Packages to Suit Every Business
MSC offers three iReefer packages, allowing customers to choose the best option for their needs:
- iReefer Essential – Free of charge and available now, this package provides an overview of current and past reefer shipments, a container journey log, and graphical data insights.
- iReefer Pro – Includes all features of the Essential package, plus unlimited downloads and access to additional data such as real-time GPS container location.
- iReefer Ultimate – Designed for high-volume shippers, this package integrates directly with customer systems via API, ensuring seamless data flow and real-time connectivity. iReefer Pro and Ultimate will be available starting 1 March 2025.
