Asgo, based in Nazareth, USA, has unveiled an upgraded version of its Grip-Trac Rubber Tru-Trainer conveyor belt tracking idlers, designed to boost efficiency, safety, and productivity in bulk material handling operations.
The improved idlers combine Asgo’s Tru-Trainer technology with an advanced moulded rubber design. Key features include a unique arrowhead pattern at the ends of the rolls and cross-linked sipes on the inner ribs. This design enhances grip, reduces slippage in wet conditions, and improves adhesion between the rubber and the Tru-Trainer idlers.
Belt misalignment is one of the most costly challenges in bulk material handling. The upgraded Grip-Trac idlers actively sense belt movement and automatically realign the conveyor, keeping operations running smoothly. The new high-traction design increases durability and wear resistance, reduces spillage, extends belt life, and ensures optimal system performance in mining, aggregate, and heavy industrial applications.
