HIGH-CAPACITY BUCKET ELEVATOR SHIPPED TO UMEX

Cimbria recently shipped the elevator top for their high-capacity Bucket Elevator EH64 to the impressive port terminal facility they are  constructing for UMEX SA Constanta in Romania. This elevator was custom-made for their valued partner in agri-bulk handling, VIGAN Engineering, and will be included in their ship-loader delivery for the ongoing port terminal project.

The Cimbria Bucket Elevator EH64 will play a crucial role in the new ship-loader, boasting a capacity of up to 1200 tph to load vessels of Panamax size. The elevator top, weighing nearly 10 tons, is reinforced with pedestal bearings, a galvanized or hot-dip galvanized finish, and HARDOX wear plates. Once installed, the Cimbria Bucket Elevatorr EH64 will significantly enhance the capacity for efficient, gentle, and safe vertical transportation of grain.

Currently, we’re actively assisting the UMEX SA Constanta port terminal in expanding and enhancing its facilities for processing and storing grain and fertilizer products, aligning with market developments.
